Everything you need to know

From choosing the right frame to creating a piece that feels personal, here's everything you need to know before you order.

  1. Available sizes are shown on every product page. Most featured styles come in Small (8 × 10 in), Medium (12 × 16 in), Large (16 × 20 in) and Extra Large (20 × 24 in), and the price updates as you switch. Smaller frames suit desks and shelves; larger ones hold a wall on their own. If a product shows a single size, that is the only size the shop currently lists.

  2. Start with the room and the photo. Natural wood and walnut add warmth, black and white keep things modern, and gold makes a statement. Each product page lists the frame's material and the finishes that style comes in, with an on-screen preview of the colour you pick.

  3. Pick a sharp, well-lit photo — the larger the frame, the more the detail matters. Add it under "Your photo" on the product page to see how it sits in that frame. It is uploaded with your order, kept private, and printed in the same original quality you provide: FrameX does not enhance or change it.

  4. Frame styles and sizes are set by each shop. Choose a size and finish on the product page, or open FrameX Studio to crop your photo and add a border, a mat or text with a live preview. Custom sizes are coming soon; for now, ask us on WhatsApp or by email

    About custom frames

  5. Log in, build your cart, then check out: enter your delivery address, see the total and pay with one of the options shown (online payment or Cash on Delivery, where available). You get an order number and can follow the order in your account. Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.

    How ordering works

  6. Dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth and avoid spraying cleaner directly onto it. Hang it away from direct sunlight and damp, on a fixing suited to its weight. If your frame arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and a replacement or refund is arranged once the issue is verified.
